About Jenna Viana
Jenna Viana is a triple threat performer who has trained in voice, dance, and acting throughout her career. She developed a passion for performing at a young age when she started taking tap and ballet lessons. After that she got a solo in the Kindergarten Christmas Pageant and solidified her place on the stage rather than the PeeWee soccer field. Investing her time in dance classes and voice lessons, Jenna gained more and more confidence being in front of people-- she even started training as a competitive Irish dancer.

Jenna discovered musical theatre through a school production of the Wizard of Oz and was captivated by the idea of singing, dancing, and acting all working together for a live performance. She instantly got involved and played the "Irish dancing Magic Carpet" in her first theatrical production. From 4th grade to senior year of high school Jenna participated in over 30 community and high school theatre productions across Southern California. She is a 3 time Artist of the Year winner through the National Youth Arts organization and was a Top 10 finalist for two years in the Broadway San Diego High School Musical Theatre Awards. Jenna trained at the Carnegie Mellon Musical Theatre Pre-College program during the summer of 2016 and in the Cherubs Theatre program at Northwestern University in the summer of 2017, where she decided that she wanted to make a career out of this passion.
In the fall of 2018, Jenna started her collegiate journey at Auburn University in Auburn, AL. She trained under Dan LaRocque, Daydrie Hague, Andrew Schwartz, AK Murtadha, Elizabeth Benson, James Mablin, Jeri Dickey, and Adrienne Wilson. She also did a master class with Sutton Foster when she came to town. During her four years at Auburn Jenna got involved as a Marketing/Recruitment assistant for the theatre department running all their social media, worked at the Gogue Performing Arts Center as a Front of House employee, and served as President of AU Players, the student theatre organization on campus. Her favorite college credits include: #07 in The Wolves, Wendla in Spring Awakening, Baker's Wife in Into the Woods, Eva in Bring It On, Caroline in The Theory of Relativity, and Jenny Hill in Big Fish. Jenna graduated in May of 2022 with a BFA in Musical Theatre and minors in dance, business, and history.

In addition to theatrical performing, Jenna also has started a career in film. She played the role of Chasan in the movie I AM MORTAL directed by Tony Aloupis that premiered in select theatres in 2021. Jenna also loves all things teaching and choreographing. She has taught dance classes and acting lessons to students ranging from 5-17. With her business, dance, and history minors she hopes to one day work for a non profit theatre company and educate the next generation of theatre professionals.
